The Paraiba Tourmaline is prized for its neon blue color. This relatively new stone was discovered by Brazilian miners in 1989. This gorgeous 2.74 stone is a triplet which means it's composed of a clear quartz top and bottom, with the paraiba in the middle. The double band becomes wider at the top with a beaded accent on the sides of the stone.
