This lesser know but strikingly beautiful stone comes from Andulsia, Spain. It has a very distinct level of pleochroism, which results in the display of different colors when viewed from different angles. The attraction and appreciation for Andalusite is due to its unmistakable and unique play of color. I created an interesting texture that goes all around the band that compliments the stone.
